The ADEMs are internal elections run by the California Democratic Party. To participate, you need to: 1) be registered to vote with the state of California as a Democrat; and 2) register online with the party to vote in the ADEMs.
Vote Online (For people who have already registered to vote online by Jan 31)
- Check your mailbox for a physical letter from the party that includes your PIN and Password.
- You may also have received your PIN and Password in an email from the party. Don’t worry if you didn’t.
- Fill out and submit your ballot at www.cadem.org/ademballot no later than 6pm on Feb 23, 2025. But the sooner the better in case there are glitches, for instance in verifying your voter registration.
- If you don’t get your password in the mail by by Monday 2/10, then email adem@cadem.org. Include screenshots of any errors you receive when registering to vote. Make sure to include dashes when entering your PIN.
Vote in Person (Limited hours and locations)
- Fill out the form to request to Vote in Person at www.ademelections.com no later than 6pm on February 23, 2025.
- Go to any ADEM Voting Center (see list below). Each one is only open for a few hours. Some are open Saturday Feb 22, others are open Sunday, Feb 23.

- Pull up the letter that you received in the mail, find your PIN and Password and include it in your ballot.
